PROMENADE HOTEL is NOW ISO 9001: 2008 QMS Certified!

Aspired to further enhance the quality of our “Promenade Hotel” brand, our team is proud to break the news that…

Promenade Hotel Kota Kinabalu is now the first Business Class City Hotel in Kota Kinabalu City to receive ISO 9001:2008 Certification on our Quality Management System (QMS) by a well acclaimed German based company - TUV NORD.

This certification is a seal of our hotel’s compliance to the strict, internationally-set quality management and service standards, and also a tribute to our continuous endeavor for perfection for the interest of all our guests.

We therefore would like to have the opportunity of serving you better in the near future with our quality management and service.

  1. Every hotel should be ISO certified, I must say. Every hotel owners should make their guests feel secured while inside their facilities, and acquiring an ISO certification can do that for their guests. Well, if they have this, their guests will know that they are using top of the line security equipment.
